Your access to The Merchant begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends at 5:00 p.m.  

WORKSPACE POLICY
The guest renting the space is responsible for observing these guidelines as our Client. We appreciate your cooperation in observing these rules. We ask that everyone respects the space and leaves the rooms clean and tidy in order to avoid additional fees.

FAILURE TO OBSERVE THESE GUIDELINES WILL BE GROUNDS FOR LOSS OF FUTURE ACCESS TO OUR SPACE AND/OR ADDITIONAL CHARGES

Please note that all common areas are under video surveillance to ensure all of our safety and security as well as all space policies are being met.

  1. Please be respectful, as we are a place of work. There are other tenants utilizing our spaces.  

  2. Illegal activities, harassment, noise disruption, and misuse of shared equipment, smoking and illegal drug use are prohibited.

  3. Once a booking is made, the payment is final and there will be no refunds in case of cancellations.

  4. The individual who booked the session is held responsible for the condition in which the room has been left.

  5. Please respect the space in which you are working. Simple kitchen rules/etiquette applies, please put cups in the dishwasher and discard all trash. 

  6. Please keep the noise level to a reasonable volume, including any use of music.

  7. Renters are not permitted in spaces not booked by the Client.

  8. Amenities include internet, coffee, snacks, and parking.

  9. The Client is responsible for any damage caused to the premises or equipment. The Merchant is not liable for theft or damage to personal property.

  10. No minors are permitted on the grounds, including the patio area, at any time. 

  11. No pets are permitted on the grounds, including the patio area, at any time. 

  12. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement immediately if you fail to pay fees or violate the community guidelines.

  1. WAIVER OF LIABILITY

    Use of The Merchant’s premises and equipment is at the Client’s risk. The Client hereby agrees that The Merchant will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage, injury or loss to the Client, their party or possessions while on the Premises. The Client holds harmless and indemnifies The Merchant and its owners, agents, representatives, associates, officers, employees, guests, and tenants against any suit, claim, loss, accident, judgment, fine, injury or damages, including reasonable attorney fees. This indemnification shall continue in full force and effect during and after the term of the rental for such causes arising during the term of the rental. The Merchant is not responsible for any theft, injury or other incidents of the Client or their party during the rental. If the Client or anyone in their party damages anything on premises whether structural, furniture, rental equipment, etc., the Client is responsible to pay for all damages.
